Festival Access Information
We aim to support customers with disabilities and accessibility requirements wherever possible. Please be aware that weather conditions are outside of our control. In the event of rain, the festival site may become muddy, and there are limited solid pathways available throughout the grounds.
Difficulty with Distances, Queuing, or Standing
Pathways across the site are generally hardstanding but may become uneven or more difficult to navigate in wet conditions. Seating is available around the bars and trader areas, and attendees are welcome to bring their own chair if they need to take regular breaks between walking.
Access to Toilets
If you have a hidden impairment and require urgent access to toilet facilities, accessible toilets are located alongside each main toilet block across the festival site. If you are unsure where your nearest facilities are upon arrival, please speak to a member of our stewarding team, who will be happy to assist.
Companion Assistance
We understand that some attendees may need to attend with a companion for support. If your access card includes a +1, you are eligible to receive one complimentary companion ticket. This must be requested via our accessibility form after purchasing all required standard tickets. Please note that companion tickets are non-refundable once issued.
Early Access
We are pleased to offer early access to all of our events for individuals with disabilities and hidden disabilities. If you feel this would benefit you, please complete the form below to apply.
Our Commitment
Our team is dedicated to making your visit enjoyable, inclusive, and accessible. Your comfort and experience are our priority. We provide one free carer ticket when accompanying an attendee who has purchased a full-price ticket and requires additional assistance. Accepted documentation includes DLA, PIP, a Blue Badge (both sides), or an Access Card in the attendee’s name.
